Reporting to the NSW Marketing Activations Manager the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development execution and measurement of all day-to-day brand and return point marketing for TOMRAs network of Reverse Vending Machines and TOMRA owned depots across NSW.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days at our St Leonards office.
The main duties of this role may include:
- Assisting with the promotion of new and under-performing TOMRA return points including marketing signage local area activations & campaigns local awareness and trial driving activities and all related consumer communications
- Supporting the Marketing Activations Manager with the planning development execution and reporting process for all local area marketing activities
- The coordination of design artwork print and installation of site signage
- Maintaining on-going relationships with external agencies and key external stakeholders
- Liaising with TOMRA field teams to ensure marketing compliance
- Collaboration with stakeholders and the Marketing Director to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval to all material by the scheme coordinator
- Assisting with the management and execution of social marketing activities for our depots in NSW
Qualifications :
What makes a great Marketing Coordinator at TOMRA:
- Minimum 2 years relevant marketing experience in consumer B2C marketing
- Experience in executing social media strategy and posts
- Experience in local area marketing channels & techniques
- Strong evaluation and reporting skills
- A genuine unmistakable passion for the environment and sustainability
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage constantly changing priorities on a daily basis.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A positive and collaborative team player
