Senior Talent Sourcer

The Senior Talent Sourcer is part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team entrusted as a strategic resource to identify and engage top-tier SaaS talent. ServiceNows Talent Acquisition team is integral to the success of our customers as well as for the growth and innovation of ServiceNow.

• In this role the talent sourcer will specialize in identifying and engaging highly skilled SaaS talent from tech sales and organizations across industry lines. Youll focus on sourcing directors and below who are contributing to the work that powers modern big tech enterprises.
• This role will primarily support the United States market with deep expertise in the tech ecosystem and SaaS landscape.
• A successful candidate will be committed to providing exceptional sourcing experiences using skills that include building trust showing strategic insight and excellent communication to connect with executive leaders through various advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search mastery x-ray techniques conference mining and industry network cultivation as well as direct outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into sourcing processes decision-making or talent identification. This may include using AI-powered sourcing tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on executive talent acquisition.
• 5 years of end-to-end enterprise level sourcing experience in either retained search or internal search environments.
• Minimum 2 years in tech ecosystem and SaaS landscape  
• Deep knowledge of the tech talent landscape including key players compensation trends and market dynamics.
• Proven track record sourcing qualifying and presenting talent to recruiting partners and hiring leaders.
• Extensive experience with advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search strings x-ray search conference mining and industry network cultivation.
