Position Overview
This position is responsible for assisting in the conduct of clinical trials by providing support to the Clinical Quality team. This position will work cross-functionally with all members of the Clinical Affairs team to successfully execute the clinical study plans of the company.

Join us in Madison WI for a full-time 12-week internship during summer 2026! The program is expected to begin in late May or early June. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a relocation stipend.

Essential Duties
Include but are not limited to the following:

Support and execute clinical activities related to clinical training clinical quality and the Trial Master File.
Engage with Clinical Quality stakeholders on shared projects and tasks.
Work independently on a project that benefits the Clinical Affairs department. The outcome of this project will be presented to the Clinical Affairs team.
Ability to organize present and convey problems or issues.
Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word - generate documents and tables Excel - create and modify spreadsheets and create complex formulas and PowerPoint); Email preferably Outlook; and various search engines for conducting Internet searches.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective presentation skills.
Ability to interface and work effectively within team and department with changing priorities.
Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Uphold company mission and values through accountability innovation integrity quality and teamwork.
Support and comply with the companys Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.

Scheduling requirements:

Ability to work designated schedule.

Physical requirements:

Ability to work on a mobile device tablet or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.
Ability to use a telephone through a headset.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in the life sciences or related field.
Preference giving to candidates with a record of outstanding academic achievement.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary Range:

$35000.00 - $56000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
