Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of automotive financing and insurance working closely with customers to secure the best possible financing options while ensuring compliance and profitability for the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to secure financing and insurance products
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks credit unions and lenders
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal laws
- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a professional manner
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving department objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership required
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing leasing and insurance products
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and lenders
- Proficiency in dealership CRM and DMS systems
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
