As Product Marketing Manager for Talkdesk CXA youll own the go-to-market strategy for some of our most transformative capabilitiesspanning agentic AI multi-agent orchestration and experience intelligence. This is not a typical product marketing role. Youll help define a new category. Youll translate cutting-edge innovation into compelling narratives. And youll partner closely with sales product and campaigns to drive awareness demand and adoption.
Youll report to the Director of AI Platform Product Marketing and play a key role in building the messaging positioning and launch strategy for a fast-moving portfolio of products that redefine how work gets done in the contact center and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone whos both strategic and execution-focused with a passion for AI technologies and a drive to bring complex products to market in a way that resonates with customer experience leaders. Youll be the subject matter expert on your competitors your buyers and your products. Youll join an award-winning agile marketing team that brings new products and services to market drives competitive intelligence and positioning and influences go-to-market tactics.
