Position Title: Systems Analyst Supported by: Information Technology (IT) Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Full-Time

In Short: We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This role serves as the subject matter expert for the organizations enterprise platforms with a primary focus on our ERP and warehouse management systems. The Systems Analyst ensures these systems are properly configured documented and optimized to support day-to-day operations. Working closely with internal teams external vendors and the IT Manager the Analyst drives process improvements resolves issues and delivers reporting and data insights that support effective decision-making.
Your Mission: - Systems Administration and Optimization
- Serve as primary administrator for NetSuite and Waerlinx.
- Configure test and implement approved changes (e.g. workflows fields dashboards saved searches and reports).
- Ensure data integrity across systems; understand data structures and relational objects.
- Partner with departments to gather feedback identify recurring issues analyze system usage and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Troubleshooting and Support
- Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues (NetSuite Waerlinx and other enterprise platforms).
- Provide Tier 2 support for general IT/help desk issues when urgent in-person assistance is required.
- Diagnose and resolve issues when possible; escalate to vendors or MSP as needed.
- Assist end users with day-to-day questions training and troubleshooting.
- Reporting and Data Management
- Coordinate data imports exports and transformations to support operations.
- Build maintain and improve system reports and dashboards.
- Partner with Finance Operations and other departments to ensure reporting meets business needs.
- Assist with periodic audits and reconciliations of data accuracy.
- Documentation
- Document system processes configurations and data flows in clear structured formats.
- Maintain a log of issues resolutions and system changes for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for system enhancements.
- Vendor and Project Coordination
- Coordinate vendor relationships and support requests and monitor SLAs.
- Participate in system-related projects ensuring deliverables align with organizational goals.
- Assist the IT Manager with cross-functional IT projects as needed.
- Other duties entrusted within your scope of practice.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Your Story:
- Bachelors degree in information systems business or related field.
- 2 years of experience with ERP systems required. (NetSuite preferred)
- Additional experience may substitute for education.
- Understanding of relational databases data objects and reporting tools.
- Experience collaborating with vendors/contractors on system projects.
- Prior experience in nonprofit or warehouse/logistics environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and T-SQL preferred.
- Power BI experience a plus.
- Lived experience with the impacts of systemic racism or marginalization is a plus.
