Job Description:
The Korea AEW&C Program is currently seeking a Program Financial Analystto support the financial management review and estimating of assigned role requires an individual who is self-motivated and ready to work in a collaborative team environment. The analyst will partner with program management teams to analyze and understand their financial position. This position will be responsible for monthly customer financial reports verifying actual cost reporting providing variance analysis and supporting monthly closing activities.
Duties:
- Set up and activation of assigned projects service orders and production work order support in ERP system.
- Monitor and analyze program costs perform financial analysis for labor material subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
- Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT.
- Provide inputs for the monthly quarterly and annual sales and cash forecasting process.
- Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC Sales Profit and Cash) identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.
- Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.
Qualifications:
- Requires proficient knowledge of job area. May have practical knowledge of project management. Bachelors Degree and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel Powerpoint Word etc).
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers leadership and other functions.
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts Operations Engineering Supply Chain etc) in program development and execution.
- Experience with multiple contract types (CP/FP/T&M).
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience in the Defense Industry.
- Experience supporting contractual EVMS programs.
- Experience working independently and with higher levels of management.
- Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
