What will your job look like
- You will need to understand the customer market and how the product/service-wide vision and strategy will succeed. To ensure that resources and capabilities are consistent with the product/service-wide vision and that business metrics are embodied in the design.
- You will use your cross-team perspective and hold team members accountable for a complete technical design. Develop lasting innovative architecture that satisfies business and customer requirements
- You will produce simple elegant code and resolves the most difficult problems in the product.
- You will lead key processes prioritize work across teams and rebalances priorities to respond to changes.
- Structure the group in a way that is best-suited to the product/service design and maximizes efficiency promote a culture in which team members are willing to adopt Amdocs standard and other technologies when advantageous.
- You will use the product/service regularly to understand it thoroughly and discover ways to improve it.
- You will lead the continuous improvement of engineering and quality practices; Work across business groups to ensure the long-term integrity of a product.
- You will set the priorities and devises and leads highly complex programs across multiple organizations based on strategic intent and change-management considerations.
- You will define a portfolio of systems and tools that drive innovation build strategies for quality management and create links across multiple products.
All you need is...
- MS or PhD in computer related field
- 10 years of experience in the relevant field and domain
- Strong sense of pride and personal accountability for the end to end product/service quality completeness and resulting user experience for the life of the product/service
- Has / owns / is working on one or many patents
- Has / is publishing white papers.
- Presented at one or many conferences in the relevant field
