Mission Systems Engineer (ESS JR)

KBR is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering and technical advisory (SETA) services inAustralia. If the successful candidate is in CONUS relocation to the customer site may be approximately 4 months after completing Government Customer requirements. Relocation assistance is provided if needed as well as housing stipend cost of living and other allowances for the duration of the tour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in science technology engineering mathematics (STEM) field required (contractual requirement) and three (3) years or more relevant experience; masters and one (1) years or more experience.

• Demonstrated success performing project management and systems engineering tasks

• Knowledge of SIGINT space and ground architecture including mission control and/or mission processing functions

• Program lifecycle experience from concept development and design to deployment operations and maintenance decommission; familiar with related control gates and associated documentation

• Experience with CONOPS and requirements development systems analysis interface control documentation technical specification review validation and verifications

• Self-starter proactively addresses customer requirements with no supervision; expert at defining solutions for broad abstract topics

• Polished communicator (written/verbal); impeccable interpersonal skills and personal judgment

• Strength in collaborating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders -- consensus builder

• Proficient with MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) MS Outlook MS Project

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
