ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Finance Operations Intern who is detail-oriented organized and proactive to join our Finance team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced highly collaborative and dynamic environment and is excited to support the verification and organization of financial documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and data management abilities are essential along with experience working with large volumes of documents and basic reporting tools. The ability to work independently maintain data accuracy and adapt to evolving project needs will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct a thorough audit of financial documents stored in the Boxnet system.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of uploaded documents against internal standards and legal requirements.
- Check document naming conventions categorization and linkage to the correct sections.
- Compare document organization against established company regulations.
- Identify discrepancies and document errors in detailed reports.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in document management processes.
- Support minor corrections of identified errors within the system (upon approval).
REQUIREMENTS
- Current undergraduate or final-year student majoring in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
- Confident computer skills and experience with Boxnet or other cloud-based document management systems (e.g. Google Drive SharePoint Dropbox OneDrive).
- Basic knowledge of financial document handling and regulatory compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to create clear structured reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent English proficiency; able to read and interpret internal policies and regulations.
