What you will do:
- Support commercial back-office operations from contracting to billing and debt management;
- Contact clients to clarify doubts negotiate agreements and collect debt;
- Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations;
- Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to protocols across key areas;
- Assist the manager in developing planning and coordinating operational activities;
- Ensure that operations follow local and national regulations.
- Monitor day-to-day operations report on performance and recommend actionable improvements when necessary;
- Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists);
- Communicate and coordinate with clients team (including executive operations team) and other stakeholders.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelors degree inBusiness & Managementor related fields
- More than 2 years of experience in an operational back-office or customer care roles
- Energy sector knowledge is a plus
- Proven organizational skills including time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
- Fluent English
