We are looking for a part time Transit and Storage Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement and storage of goods supporting company drivers and communicating with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency accuracy and excellent service across our operation.

We help our members succeed through responsive service reliable delivery and customized solutions for food ingredients products and packaging.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to company drivers addressing issues such as OSD reports delays appointment changes and PO discrepancies.

• Communicate with customers via email and phone to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.

• Process incoming orders for product pickup and delivery.

• Manage daily logistics operations including:

  • Order entry appointment scheduling and storage inbox

  • Inbound/outbound scheduling and receiving verification

  • Inventory adjustments and holds

  • Invoicing consolidation programs and document scanning

• Maintain and update benchmarks and reporting in Microsoft Suite.

This is a part time position of 20 - 25 hours per week.

Position Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multi-task prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in every aspect of work.
