WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead the operations of Twin Ridge Apartments in Baltimore MD. This role requires a proactive professional with strong leadership skills a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our residents while ensuring the propertys success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing resident relations maintenance and financial performance.
Ensure the property is maintained to high standards by coordinating routine preventative and emergency maintenance.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
Manage leasing activities: processing applications conducting tours and negotiating lease agreements.
Lead mentor and support on-site staff fostering teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
Respond to resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism building strong relationships and maximizing retention.
Prepare and manage operating budgets track expenses and implement effective cost controls.
Maintain accurate records for finances work orders and resident communications.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality timely service and repairs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Property Manager Assistant Property Manager or similar role in residential property management.
Strong knowledge of leasing resident relations property maintenance and financial management.
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving property goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi Entrata or similar) preferred.
Knowledge of HUD regulations and affordable housing programs a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
