This full-time role is based in Milton QLD with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

As a Program Advisor you can play a key role in the success of our impactful Employment Services including Inclusive Employment Australia and Transition to Work. Youll deliver high-quality compliant and outcomes-focused employment services that empower young people to thrive.

Your expertise will support frontline teams through insightful advice performance analysis and hands-on coaching ensuring our programs not only meet but exceed contractual obligations and performance benchmarks.

your responsibilities include:

Analysing program performance to uncover trends generate insights and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance outcomes

Supporting contract management compliance and quality assurance activities.

Designing and maintaining efficient systems and processes using proven methods to support best practice service delivery.

Coaching and guiding staff on operational requirements new systems and process changes.

Overseeing feedback and resolution processes with a focus on continuous improvement while fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Contributing strategic insight into tenders contracts and submissions for new and existing programs.

Driving program success by supporting the achievement of key targets and objectives including maximising outcome revenue claims in full alignment with compliance standards.

Driving excellence through active participation in audits strategic reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

You also possess:

Demonstrated experience in an analytical or reporting position within government funded employment services or a relevant field

Current working knowledge of Government fee for service and grant based service delivery contract requirements

Disability Employment Services (DES) contract knowledge is highly desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop and produce professional documentation

Proven ability to develop and maintain key business relationships specifically between government representatives and internal staff at all levels

Demonstrated ability to identify key issues and develop program specific responses to ensure yourtowns program contract requirements and performance target are met or exceeded

An unrestricted drivers license.
