Business Controller / FP&A Manager
Portland OR Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Now were looking for a Business Controller / FP&A Manager to play a key role in shaping the financial future of our business. This position is ideal for someone who loves turning numbers into strategy someone with the curiosity to dig deep into data and the confidence to drive impactful decisions across the organization.
What Youll Do
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities including forecasting budgeting and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Partner with Sales Marketing and Operations to evaluate programs that increase sales market share and profitability.
Monitor factory and supply chain performance and provide regular financial insights to management.
Support long-term and annual business planning processes identifying cost optimization and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business health and performance.
Analyze market trends benchmarks and competitive data to support business strategy.
Prepare and present clear actionable financial reports for senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen financial best practices and decision-making across teams.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis business control or FP&A.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau Power BI).
Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on time.

Fiskars Group (FSKRS Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. Since 1649 we have designed products of timeless purposeful and functional beauty while driving innovation and sustainable 2024 Fiskars Groups global net sales were EUR 1.2 billion and we had close to 7000 employees. We have two Business Areas (BA) Vita and Fiskars.
BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware drinkware jewelry and interior categories. Its well-known brands include Georg Jensen Royal Copenhagen Wedgwood Moomin Arabia Iittala and 2024 BA Vitas reported net sales were EUR 605 million. Already 50% of BA Vitas net sales comes from direct-to-consumer sales comprising approximately 500 stores and approximately 60 e-commerce sites.
BA Fiskars consists of the gardening and outdoor categories in addition to the scissors and creating as well as cooking categories. The brands include Fiskars and 2024 BA Fiskars net sales were EUR 547 million.
