Overnight Security Supervisor | Part-Time | PPL Center

Under the direction of the Security Manager the Overnight Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a positive guest experience for all PPL Center patrons. Supervisors oversee the Security Staff and ensures that they are adhering to the rules regulations and policies of the PPL Center while providing excellent customer service.

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00

This position will remain open until January 9 2026.

• Manage Security Staff during shift as assigned by Manager.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Have knowledge of building layout including restrooms and exits.
• Have knowledge of all rules and regulations.
• Have knowledge of all authorized credentials.
• Monitor guests and enforce rules.
• Assist in crowd management seating discrepancies and settling disputes
• Inform Security Manager of developing problem.
• Respond in a quick and professional manner to incidents.
• Be aware of all special functions or activities that occur.
• Assist with sign in/out of all staff.
• Distribute uniforms and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• Must have excellent customer service experience
• Strong problem solving skills and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
• Effective oral communication and writing skills in the English; additional languages a plus
• Ability to interact with guests and staff with a professional and friendly appearance and attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights weekends and select holidays
• Must be able to stand or walk constantly for extended length of time
• Must be able to work in an environment of moderate to loud noise levels
• Must have knowledge in surveillance access controls and fire alarm panels
