Job Summary
Parts Warehouse responsibility includes all items with regards to parts physical inventory. Items such asreceipting stocking storing staging counting pulling dispatching and storing of merchandise in the parts department. Parts Warehouse personnel will be responsible for collaborating with store staff to meet customer demand.
Job Duties
- Receiving stocking and distribution operations.
- Maintain a clean layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Suggest organize and implement best operational policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Perform perpetual counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Communicate logistical needs and relay orders.
- Assist with parts inventory audit.
- Assist with escalated calls and deliveries.
- Track all inventory incoming and outgoing.
- Assist with loading routing and dispatching parts deliveries.
- Process and route all incoming paperwork.
- Pull Log route and dispatch orders in delivery system.
- Properly label and stock in parts
- Keep systems updated with incoming/outgoing parts.
- Process over/shorts and damage claims.
- Read parts catalogs and communicate with all personnel.
