â About the Role

WPM is looking for friendly energetic and sales-driven individuals to join our leasing teams at Butler Ridge/Westview Commons (Reisterstown MD) and Pleasant Ridge (Owings Mills MD).

Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in transforming apartments into homes by:

• ð Listening to and addressing resident needs

• ð Supporting community-building events

• ð Thinking creatively to solve challenges

• â Providing outstanding customer service every day

This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service sales or marketing. Leasing and Entrata software experience preferred.

ð Key Responsibilities

• ð Track and record all phone and walk-in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports.

• ð Assist applicants with leasing applications and documentation.

• ð Maintain marketing materials and participate in resident outreach/marketing events.

• ðï Manage vacancies: update reports complete checklists and prepare units for move-in (including light cleaning).

• ð Support resident retention through events and community engagement.

• ðð¼ Assist Property Managers with operations: correspondence vendor coordination and administrative tasks.

• ð Maintain accurate files (residents vendors invoices insurance certificates).

• ð Provide phone coverage and office support as needed.

â Required Skills & Abilities

• ð Professional appearance demeanor and communication.

• ð Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• ð Comfortable using PC and learning new software.

• ð Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• â Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• ð Availability on Saturdays and occasional evenings.

• ð Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

ð Education & Experience

• ð High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• ðï Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
