Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as:

Order-taking
Processing of payment
Handling of complaints
Listing of bad orders
Answering telephone calls inquiries or quotations

QUALIFICATION:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree any field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must be willing to work during Saturday
Work Location: Suy Sing Paranaque
Should be willing to undergo training in Manila (Accommodations and allowance will be provided during training in Manila)
