About the Role
We are currently searching for a Senior Analyst QTC who will be responsible for the technical delivery and solutions in the integration points during the quote to the cash life cycle. In this position you will work cross-functionally and globally to enable commercial channel performance through the ongoing management and support of the QTC processes and its integration. These responsibilities will require a business background with sound knowledge and understanding of QtC (Quote-to-Cash) and integration processes and sub-processes within SAP ERP.
About Your Responsibilities
- The Senior Analyst QTC will participate and drive certain execution activities including but not limited to:
- Projects drive strong execution on key projects from a functional perspective ensuring that timelines milestones and toll gates are met; own your portion of the project budget and ensure coming in on target or escalating if budgetary issues arise.
- Communication ensure effective communication on cross-functional items within IT and communication to the business in partnership with director-level team members.
- Knowledge Base Work with functional teams to ensure knowledge articles are being created to help streamline support of our integration with our QTC and commercial internal and external systems.
- Third Party provide oversight of third parties that are conducting functional work within the SPX Flow estate.
- Proactive and intentional stakeholder management either through the above structure or informal means on par with your level.
- Translate and influence business and functional solution requirements for integration with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with representatives of other SAP and Front Office functions that integrate with SAP to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
- Support identifying opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementations to these standards.
- Document and standardize the global template for the QTC integration in CS and other related areas.
What You Need
- Bachelors degree in business Engineering IT Commerce or a related field or the recognized equivalent in work experience.
- 8 years of technical and functional experience in SD and LE (desirable).
- Customer Focus: Success in facilitation with business leaders process owners technical resources and IT leaders.
- Gaining Commitment / Communication: Using influencing skills to bring individuals and groups to consensus agreements. Individuals must be able to network and communicate using multiple communication techniques and skills across a broad range of cultures and languages.
- Experience with working in teams that have had to develop solutions that are aligned with an overall functional strategy which include process design delivery model change management cost and quality benchmarks technology integration and transition/implementation.
- Prioritization: Exhibiting a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency drive and energy.
- Resource Planning: Ensuring the overall objectives and deliverables are achieved.
- Driving for Results: Exhibiting the capability to manage people with multiple demands
- Cross-Cultural Agility and Sensitivity
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of SAP CS SAP MM PP & FICO
