The Role

TheroleisforaSenior Associate withinourCredit Risk SolutionsCredit&PoliticalRiskInsuranceteam based in Singapore. This role will involve working in a team focusing on a broad base of Singapore and International Financial Institution clients.

Dutiesandresponsibilitieswillincludebutnotbelimitedto:

Taking responsibly for account management of key Financial Institution accounts; including broking/placementstrategyproductdevelopmentportfoliomanagementandexpandingclient relationships
Workingwithexistingclientstoreviewtheirexistingprogramspresentingthebestpossiblesolutions and client outcomes
Negotiationofpolicywordings/contractreviews
ContributetodeliveryofournewbusinessstrategyandtargetswithintheGlobalLineofBusiness
Proactivelyleadinitiativesfornewandexistingclients
AttendindustryeventsandconferencesinSingaporeandthroughoutAsia
DevelopandmaintaincloserelationshipswiththeInsurersacrosstheregion
Developgoodworkingrelationshipsandworkcloselywiththemaincarriersintheregion
Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing placements including billing operational requirements and co-ordination with internal claims team

Qualifications

The Requirements

EducatedtoDegreeleveland/orMasters
Holds BCP & ComGI
Abilitytoworkindependentlyonarangeofplacementsandtakeresponsibilityforkeyaccounts
Problemsolvinganddecision-makingskillsessential
Excellent communication (written verbal oral & presentation) skills and interpersonal skills essential
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where lateral thinking initiative self-motivation and decision-making skills are crucial
Good use of Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the credit insurance product suite preferred
Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritize work effectively
Strong team player with good people skills
