We are supporting a leading international organization in their search for a Manager Revenue Control to join their team in Warsaw. The organization is known for its commitment to operational excellence innovation and continuous development. Their Warsaw office plays a strategic role in supporting both regional and global functions fostering a culture of collaboration and integrity.
As Manager Revenue Control you will be part of a global team responsible for product control and revenue reporting working closely with front office operations and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily monitoring and control of global automated P&L and revenue reports.
- Reviewing trade flow issues and their revenue impact.
- Reviewing manual and automated revenue accounting entries and ledger mappings.
- Collaborating with trading desks operations middle office and IT teams.
- Monitoring monthly positions and pending items.
- Reviewing transfer pricing models and accounting treatments.
- Managing revenue control accounts and balance sheet reviews.
- Participating in monthly P&L calls and variance analysis.
- Preparing ad hoc global revenue reports for senior management.
- Supporting SOX certification and external audit processes.
- Leading system and product migration projects.
- Managing and enhancing the end-to-end revenue control process including issue escalation and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in revenue accounting or product control ideally within financial services.
- ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills and a control-focused mindset.
- Excellent accounting analytical and reporting skills.
- Proactive attitude with decision-making capability and professional credibility.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Team management experience and a collaborative approach.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Systems knowledge preferred:
- Oracle Financials Hyperion Essbase Oracle BI Finmax Phase III (Sungard) and advanced Excel.
