Job Summary

Psychological Services Specialist - Workplace Rehabilitation & Health

The WR&H team is growing in WA and we are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join the team on a full time or part time basis. Job sharing with a NDIS caseload can also be negotiated.

This role is responsible for providing high quality workplace rehabilitation and health services and works in conjunction as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant with the purpose of extending ORS high quality client-centred workplace rehabilitation psychological services. This includes assisting to continually improve staff competency in support of our clients engagement and work participation is maximised and customer outcomes are supported so that referrals increase within the division.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide psychological workplace rehabilitation services to complex clients within the service lead area.
  • Complete duties as per the Rehabilitation Consultant and Senior Rehabilitation Consultant primary Job Description.
  • Provide monthly group supervision sessions to allocated Psychological Rehabilitation Consultants.
  • Support allocated Psychological Rehabilitation Consultants by providing service training and support to key customer groups in conjunction with the assistance of Regional and National Managers (as required).
  • Assist with report reviews within the service lead area and provide quality detailed training feedback to assist Psychological Rehabilitation Consultants to provide high quality reports and work toward report competency confirmation as requested by Regional Managers.
  • Contribute to Learning and Development resources and training topics as requested by the General Manager to ensure continual improvement within the clinical lead area inclusive of service delivery templates policies and procedures.

Qualifications & experience:

  • General Registration with AHPRA (or close to Registration)
  • 2 years experience within Psychology
  • Experience with workers compensation CTP or DVA
  • Vehicle & drivers license
