Job Summary
Redbanks is currently hiring full-time (rotation) 36/48 hours Restorative Aide to join our Redbanks team. Redbanks is a locally managed Community focused not-for-profit Skilled nursing center located in Henderson Ky.
Shift Differentials include:
$1 for12-hours shifts
$1.50 for night shift
$3.00 for Weekends (Saturday and Sundays)
QUALIFICATIONS:
State Certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
Restorative level 2 Training Preferred but will train.
Complete familiarity with duties of a certified nursing assistant is necessary.
Highly developed observational skills are desirable.
Good attendance record.
Ability to compose a well written weekly progress note in PCC with proper grammar.
Excellent communication skills.
Functional literacy in English is required.
Ability to monitor for decline in ROM Ambulation Sit to stand Swallowing and self-feeding etc.
Ability to work well with others.
Tolerance patience empathy and concern are necessary.
