Health & Safety Manager Limerick
- Salary of 80000 DOE
Our client a leading Tier 1 construction contractor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their Life Science team in Limerick. With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across Ireland the UK and Europe they operate across sectors such as pharmaceutical data centre healthcare and infrastructurecombining innovation integrity and long-term career development.

Responsibilities
Lead and promote a best-in-class health safety and environmental culture across multiple sites
Conduct regular inspections and risk reviews ensuring full compliance with company and client standards
Investigate incidents and liaise with relevant authorities as required
Support tenders and prequalification submissions with H&S expertise and practical solutions
Deliver training and coach site teams on safety practices and systems
Collaborate closely with project and client teams to maintain world-class safety performance
Requirements
NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Diploma (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 4 / EFQ Level 5 in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent)
Proven experience managing health and safety on large-scale construction projects
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Awareness of lifting operations and associated regulations
