A vibrant and high-achieving secondary school in Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic Art ECT to join its Creative Arts Faculty from January 2026. This full-time permanent opportunity offers outstanding support and mentoring to help you flourish as an early career teacher.
The Role
You will teach Art & Design across Key Stages 35 inspiring students to explore their creativity through painting sculpture digital media and photography. The department encourages a blend of traditional and contemporary techniques and ECTs are supported in developing their own teaching style through co-planning team teaching and constructive feedback.
Youll also have opportunities to contribute to school exhibitions art clubs and community projects helping students showcase their work beyond the classroom. The schools creative ethos ensures that Art remains a central and celebrated part of its identity.
