Job Description

The Role
As a KS1 Teacher you will play an integral role in shaping the learning journey of young pupils fostering a love of learning through engaging and well-planned lessons. You will:

- Provide a supportive and stimulating classroom environment tailored to individual learning needs.
- Track and assess pupil progress providing insightful feedback to pupils and parents.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school including enrichment and co-curricular opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and maintain the schools high standards.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 ideally in an independent or high-achieving primary setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A reflective and committed practitioner with high expectations for pupils.
