Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the finance this role youll handle vendor bill data entry manage accounts payable processes and assist with key accounting tasks using AP automation tools. This is a great opportunity to work with modern financial systems improve efficiency and contribute to a company making a real environmental impact.

Responsibilities

  • AP inbox management saving basic invoice details and coding invoices daily
  • Process vendor bills and accurately enter data using Stampli AP automation software.
  • Manage accounts payable transactions and related administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Support accounting processes that improve operational efficiency.
  • Work within integrated financial systems including Stampli and NetSuite.
  • Contribute to reducing operating overhead through accurate timely processing.
  • Assist the finance team with critical accounting and operational tasks.
  • Help streamline AP processes as the company continues to scale.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable processing and data entry.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (NetSuite experience highly preferred).
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn AP automation tools (Stampli a plus).
  • With dual monitor work set up.
  • With understanding of the differences between Canadian and U.S. taxes preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong commitment to full-time engagement and long-term collaboration.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growing environment.
  • Interest in supporting environmental sustainability initiatives.
