The HR Shared Services Representative within the HR Shared Services Team responds to employee and manager inquiries for HR related matters provides support for employee self-service tools and provides accurate information about policies processes and programs to resolve employee inquiries and matters on a timely basis while delivering exceptional customer service. This position provides day to day administrative support to the HR Business Partners.
Works closely with other internal stakeholders and outside vendor contacts.

For Holiday Coverage Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after
NOTE Extensions that are requested to END in November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026
Requirement description :
- Two years office experience in fast-paced setting including independent decision-making critical thinking high level of customer service and attention to detail required.
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.
- Associate degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required. Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Certification in CCP CEBS SHRM or HRCI Project Management or Six Sigma preferred
