Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Consultant (Higher Education Experience Required)
Location: Remote (EST hours preferred)

Overview:
Seeking a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience in Core HR Payroll Benefits Reporting and Integrations - ideally within a Higher Education / University experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Workday HCM SME across Core HR Payroll and Benefits.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional design.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes roles and data.
- Support payroll processing and HR operations (hire job change termination benefits).
- Develop and manage Workday reports and dashboards.
- Conduct functional/UAT testing and coordinate defect resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (EIBs Core Connectors APIs).
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot integration or system issues.
- Lead end-user training and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on Workday HCM functional experience.
- Expertise in Core HR Payroll Benefits and Reporting.
- Familiarity with Workday security business processes and integrations.
- Higher Education / University experience is mandatory (e.g. Stanford Harvard Ball State).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills.
