Job Summary
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Closing Consultant to support key deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing operations. This contingent role involves reviewing analyzing and executing moderately complex loan closing tasks that require a high level of accuracy attention to detail and understanding of lending procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Consult on or participate in Commercial Loan Closing initiatives and deliverables.
- Review and analyze complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges identifying and resolving issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet deliverables efficiently during peak funding and closing periods.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of loan documentation and processing.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Commercial Loan Closing experience or equivalent through work consulting training or military experience.
- Strong understanding of loan booking processes and documentation.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in high-volume closing periods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with loan closing systems such as nCino or CoMET.
- Familiarity with commercial lending documentation and funding procedures.
- Strong attention to accuracy and compliance standards.
