Position: Senior Transition Manager
Location: Hyderabad

Project roles and responsibilities
Proven experience in managing transition projects in a shared service center or similar environment
- Maintaining a high sense of urgency and proactive attitude at work
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of Interpersonal/communication skills with an ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Effective collaboration skills with peers stakeholders and partners across the organization
- Excellent project management skills including ability to plan organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Need to look at requests / problems and recommend solutions to ensure transition is delivered on time
- Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity
- High capacity and willingness to learn about multiple disciplines
