WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

One (1) year relevant quality assurance experience
Experience determining and applying the latest best practice and quality assurance tools and
procedures for identifying production or process errors and evaluating production quality and
efficiency.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE

Relevant quality assurance certification from a nationally recognized authority

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

Familiarization and working knowledge of quality tools like Total Quality Management (TQM) Six
Sigma Kaizen Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or American Society for Quality (ASQ) tools
or resources or similar.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Determines and applies standard quality assurance best practices tools and resources for identifying
Process and productions errors and evaluating quality and efficiency. Determines the resources required for quality control. Maintains the level of quality throughout performance of support for the CAGE code
registration processes. Duties include assistance with development and implementation of a complex
program of reporting tracking and analyzing key performance-based metrics; and monitoring quality
procedures evaluating registration quality and efficiency.
