Job Summary

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced SYNON / COOL 2E Developer to join our growing team contributing to enhancement projects within RxCLAIM and Claim Adjudication systems. This role involves working on claim processing logic performance improvements and system integration with downstream applications in a healthcare / PBM domain environment.

What Youll Do

Develop enhance and maintain claim adjudication applications using SYNON/COOL 2E and related IBM i technologies.
Implement business logic changes and integrate with downstream systems.
Analyze troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Document system flow data models and business logic for existing and new modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design test and deliver high-quality software enhancements.
Contribute to new system development and major modernization initiatives.

What You Bring

Strong SYNON / COOL 2E development skills
5 8 years of experience with SYNON/COOL 2E COBOL400 CL/400 CLLE and DB2/400
Hands-on experience with RxCLAIM or Healthcare PBM applications
Strong troubleshooting debugging and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Healthcare systems
Familiarity with claim processing adjudication and mainframe integrations
