PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: JOB DETAILS: Target Ratios: Avg daily census: 5-12. Shift: DAYS Mon- Friday 9:00-17:30 RTO: 7 days MAX Call Requirement: Call 1 time/week and more if someone is out or on vacation. Float Requirement: If not used in Womens Center will be used in Greater Winston Salem Market in pre/post areas. Weekend Requirement: Occasional weekend call required. Holiday Rotation: call only PATIENT DIAGNOSES: 12 AND OLDER FEMALES INPATIENTS AND OUTPATIENTS SURGERIES SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR PRE AND POST OP AREAS. BOTH INPATIENTS AND OUTPATIENTS. UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication Documentation Communication): Pyxis EPIC SBAR UNIT ORIENTATION: Must be available full first week for hospital and unit orientation. WILL ORIENT TO UNIT FOR 2 DAYS. SCRUBS: Provided.
