Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory no exceptions).
- Additional qualifications in business data analytics or related technical fields are a plus.
- Experience:
- Hands-on experience in data analysis data mining and insight generation in complex fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and business intelligence applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI Tableau or other data visualization software.
- Working knowledge of SQL Python or similar programming languages is preferred.
- Business & Analytical Skills:
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to deliver value-driven insights with attention to detail.
- Applied knowledge across all stages of the data lifecycle.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable data-driven business insights by combining technical analysis with business and operational knowledge.
- Develop and maintain metrics dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making.
- Execute data analysis autonomously using established data and analytics strategies.
- Act as a liaison between business units PPM digital teams and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business data owners to define and build simple effective data models.
- Integrate existing tools to automate data ingestion manipulation quality control and analysis.
