- As a member of the Aimee Platform squad youll contribute to developing the core capabilities that power the customer journeys created by our feature squads.
- Developing innovative capabilities by harnessing the potential of AI and large language models (LLMs)
- Enhancing platform intelligence by integrating data from downstream systems.
- Support the creation of customer journeys within Sprinklr our strategic platform for Messaging Social Media and AI.
- Collaborating closely with the Product Owner Scrum Master Engineers BAs QAs and Designers to develop the Aimee front end and enhance both customer and user experiences within Sprinklr.
Primary Technical Skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following foundational technologies
- Java
- Groovy
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle from understanding the important of requirements through to release to customers.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
