Shift : Days
Pay rate: $110k to $120k
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and fulfillment of customer requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance operational performance.

Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
-
Formulate and execute production strategies aligned with overall plant objectives.
-
Track and analyze KPIs driving continuous improvement through tier meetings and the PDCA cycle.
-
Lead mentor and motivate a high-performing production team to achieve excellence.
-
Conduct performance evaluations training sessions and development initiatives to build team capability.
-
Oversee budgeting cost control and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Management or Operations Management.

Minimum 5-7 years of leadership experience in a continuous flow and automated manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated success in operations management process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in managing P&L budgeting and driving cost efficiencies.

Skilled communicator and effective team leader with prior experience working in a unionized setting.

Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in MS Office applications and production reporting systems.
