Job Summary

Oracle CDM Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for an Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Implementation Specialist who designs implements and leads the work with SI partner on Oracles Customer Data Management solutions. As part of the work the specialist will help consolidate clean standardize and coordinate customer data from various sources to create trusted profiles for sales and finance. This role typically requires expertise in Oracles CDM cloud offerings data quality and the ability to configure systems.
Main Responsibility Skill Level Critical/ Desirable
Data Consolidation and Integration: Consolidating customer data from current on-prem Oracle Customer Data Hub and normalizing the data into what will be migrated to Oracle SaaS CDM. Advanced Critical
Data Cleansing and Standardization: Implementing processes to clean standardize and enrich customer data such as address standardization and duplicate record resolution. Advanced Critical
Data Quality Management: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer data through data quality tools and configurations. Advanced Critical
System Configuration: Configuring and customizing Oracle CDM solutions including defining common applications data quality and customer hub configurations. Expert Critical
Extensibility: Customizing and extending the CDM application to meet specific business requirements. Expert Critical
User Training and Support: Educating users on new processes and capabilities to ensure successful adoption of the CDM solution. Proficient Critical

Technical Proficiency: Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud solutions and associated implementation tools. Expert Critical
Data Management Principles: Strong understanding of data governance master
data management and data quality principles.
Advanced Critical
Ability to configure data quality rules business logic and data synchronization across applications. Proficient Critical
Setting up and managing customer data hubs. Advanced Critical
Resolving duplicate records and ensuring the creation of accurate and trustworthy
customer profiles
Expert Critical
Clear and Concise communicator being able to converse confidentiality with all levels of the business Advanced Critical
Experienced building reports and managing update to project stakeholder Advanced Desirable
Be able to interpret data and draw conclusions to decide suitable next steps Proficient Desirable
Be able to both work alone and with a team spread across different geographic locations Expert Critical

Experience of Prem to Cloud Oracle migrations Proficient Desirable
