Pay Range: $18.00 $33.00/hour (based on shift)
Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (1 opening)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (1 opening)
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM 6:30 AM (3 openings)

About the Role
Pretium Packaging is seeking five (5) experienced Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Aurora this critical role you will be responsible for setting up operating monitoring and maintaining plastic molding machines to ensure high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to standard operating procedures.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
Conduct inspections of finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during production.
Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and notify supervisor of low stock.
Ensure a clean safe and organized work area at all times.
Follow all established safety protocols and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience operating plastic molding machines highly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of plastic manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Able to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Must have hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
