Job Summary
Job Description: Quality System Configuration Specialist
The purpose of this role is to assist system program leaders with system configurations and support for global web-based applications.
Job Duties:
Provides daily system support (via telephone email and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance application).
Troubleshoots system issues with users and works with them to solve the issues as well as the software vendors when necessary.
Performs several system administration duties such as updating website information content system data changes etc.
Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool EtQ Reliance.
Creates and executes test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
Assists with software validation and change control activities.
Assists with the development of charts graphs and other reports utilizing Excel Tableau and other tools.
Assists with the development of training materials.
Required and Preferred Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Passionate about their work and with helping others succeed a team player.
Experienced with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
SQL experience required.
Past scripting experience preferred (e.g. Python JavaScript VBScript).
SharePoint experience preferred.
