Job Summary
Introduction
Our client a leading private facility in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations and drive clinical excellence. This role requires a proven leader with strong management capabilities and the ability to balance patient care operational demands and team development.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing with current SANC registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Education and/or Management advantageous
- At least 5 years of leadership and management experience within healthcare ideally private sector
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare legislation professional standards and quality assurance practices
- Strong financial acumen and resource management skills
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and implement strategic initiatives
