Job Summary
To leaddrive execution of Agile Release Train (ART) processesmonitor controlmanage dependencies resolveremove impediments mitigating risks across the ART. Drive continuous improvement to assure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature deliveryoverall program increment. Promote Lean-Agile transformation influencing coaching leadersteams in the new processes mindsetsadapt Agile frameworks to organisation standardising practices leading to Enterprise agility.

Experience with SAFe 4 framework and implementation of Agile Release Trains and facilitating Lean-Agile Programme execution in large solution and/or programme execution using the SAFe 4 framework and experience as a scrum master using Kanban software.

Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams
