Leading the Way: Motivating and organising teams across multiple locations to deliver a consistent and high-quality train presentation service.
Supporting Your People: Acting as the first line of support for your team ensuring theyre trained resourced and confident in delivering a safe and clean railway.
Keeping Standards High: Conducting audits inspections and site visits to make sure standards are met safety is maintained and teams are focused on the right outcomes.
Driving Improvement: Coaching and encouraging your team towards self-management continuous development and delivering results they can be proud of.
Working Flexibly: Supporting teams across our North East depots including early mornings nights weekends and bank holidayswhatever it takes to get the job done.

Are you:

An Experienced Team Leader Youve led small teams before and know how to bring out the best in peopleespecially in fast-paced operational environments.
Tech-Savvy Youre confident using digital tools and tech and can support others in developing these skills too.
Organised & Reliable You can juggle multiple tasks stay calm under pressure and make sure nothing gets missed.
A Strong Communicator Youre confident engaging with people at all levels and can build positive relationships across sites.
Health & Safety Aware Youve got some knowledge of COSHH and general safety practicesor youre willing to learn.
Able to Travel Youll need a full clean driving licence to get to sites across the region when required.

Please note this role is safety critical and is subject to Rail Safety & Standards Board (RSSB) regulations. YouMUSTmeet the following criteria for this position or your application will be automatically rejected:

Currently live within a 45-minute car journey from the TrainCare Centre you work from.
Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
Pass the safety critical medical assessment including drugs and alcohol screening.
Have no defective colour vision.
