Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness enhance client engagement and support business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on ROI and KPIs.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate promotional activities events and partnerships to enhance visibility.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Minimum of 24 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
