Job Summary

This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic and hands on Employee Relations leader who thrives in a standalone role and enjoys being a strategic partner to the business. The majority of this position centers on driving employee relations initiatives and conducting complex workplace investigations at the corporate level as well as primarily supporting a newly onboarded AI-sector client.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters across branch locations
Lead and manage investigations employee relations cases and sensitive workplace issues
Ensure compliance with employment laws workplace standards and organizational policies
Support branch leadership with guidance on legalities off-boarding disciplinary actions and case handling
Provide coaching training and mentorship to managers navigating hiring team restructuring performance concerns and workforce best practices
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on compliance risk mitigation and people strategy
Contribute to additional corporate-level business initiatives (approximately 30% of role)

Ideal Background

Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations
Strong working knowledge of multi-state employment practices and compliance
Ability to operate independently and confidently as a standalone manager
Exceptional judgment communication and stakeholder management skills
Workplace Compliance or similar certification strongly preferred
