Job Description

Get to Know the Role

This Sales Executive role is primarily focused on acquiring merchant partners for our Deals business which sits under Grabs OmniCommerce umbrella. Deals are a critical driver of demand generation for restaurants bringing diners in at scale while enabling operators to optimise seatings and addition to deals acquisition the role also includes opportunities to upsell reservations solutions where relevant expanding merchant adoption across Grabs broader suite.

OmniCommerce is Grabs new umbrella of services supporting restaurants physical stores. Our goal is to help restaurants on our platform drive sustainable growth by becoming their demand generation engine both offline and online with a full suite of solutions content & discovery reservations table management & ordering solutions deals loyalty insights & CRM payments and ads.

This role reports to the Manager Merchant Sales and is fully onsite at Grab Singapore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Drive deals acquisition by identifying prospecting and closing new merchant partners across Singapores F&B landscape
  • Develop sales opportunities through referrals networking cold calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Diligently follow up and close opportunities to ensure timely onboarding of new merchants
  • Upsell reservations solutions where relevant to further embed Grabs value proposition with partners
  • Build lasting relationships with restaurant decision makers to support sustainable partnerships
  • Consult and recommend Grab products while clearly articulating the commercial value of joining the Grab network
  • Collate press materials to ensure new merchants are launch-ready across Grabs distribution channels
  • Work closely with Operations and Marketing to facilitate successful product adoption and client go-lives
  • Contribute to tactical sales strategies to improve team efficiency and drive incremental sales output

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales particularly in products or service
  • Proven track record in direct selling and closing sales
  • Familiarity with F&B hospitality or digital platforms preferred but not mandatory
