EHS Manager Data Center

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian OSHA Environmental Quality Act and Factory & Machinery Act.
• Liaise with DOSH DOE and secure all necessary EHS permits and licenses.
• Develop and implement EHS Management Plans and HIRARC procedures.
• Manage Permit to Work systems for high-risk activities.
• Conduct site inspections audits and enforce PPE and safety protocols.
• Review subcontractor EHS plans and lead coordination meetings.
• Deliver EHS training (e.g. emergency response work at height LOTO).
• Investigate incidents and maintain RCA reports and incident logs.
• Monitor emissions noise dust and waste per DOE guidelines.
• Maintain complete EHS documentation and submit regular reports.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Occupational Safety & Health Environmental Science Engineering or equivalent 
• 8 - 10 years of EHS experience in large scale project or data centers 
• Green Book holder (registered with DOSH Malaysia) 
• Strong familiarity with EIA and scheduled waste processes in Malaysia
