Job Summary
Procurement order processes offer calculation
Tasks:
Management of various procurement activities
Receiving and processing orders and inquiries within standardized processes
Support in coordinating purchasing activities with strategic and operational corporate procurement
Assistance in evaluating investment proposals
Support for the technical implementation of ongoing deal offer calculations in coordination with Sales and the providing departments
Support and procurement-side assistance with tenders
Tool-supported work
Collection and analysis of data and key figures relevant to the area of responsibility
Support in general procurement management tasks
Qualifications :
- Completed 2-year vocational training or equivalent professional experience
- Systematic and structured working style
- Flexibility resilience and commitment
- Personal interest in the subject matter curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong team spirit
- Reliability and adherence to deadlines
- Customer-oriented thinking and behavior
- Proficient in standard MS Office products SAP R/3 knowledge
- Affinity for working with numbers is desirable
- Ability to understand technical and commercial contexts is desirable
- Language skills: German C1 English B2
- Personality: Open communicative structured
