Based out of either our London or Leeds office locations this is a hybrid role taking responsibility for leading and managing reward projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide expertise on key Reward processes including Compensation Planning.
- Monitor project milestones budgets and risks ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Collaborate with HR technology teams to integrate reward frameworks into HR systems.
- Manage stakeholder engagement collaborating with HR Finance and business leaders across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations and best practices.
- Drive employee communication strategies ensuring transparency and understanding of job architecture changes.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits (Reward) and will manage stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure seamless implementation.
You Will Have
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration Finance or a related field preferred
- Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits HR Transformation or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Job Architecture frameworks salary structures and compensation planning.
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is a plus.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in multinational organisations with complex job structures with the ability to navigate cultural differences highly preferred
